Terms of Service

1. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract, for yourself or for the business you represent.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account and workspaces, including actions taken by team members and by AI assistants you connect.
• Tell us right away at support@vibelingual.com if you think someone used your account without permission.

2. The service

VibeLingual reads the public pages of websites and apps you connect, translates their text with AI, and serves translated versions with the information search engines need (language tags, translated addresses, sitemaps). We may change, add or remove features. During the private beta the service is provided free of charge, "as is", may change often and may be interrupted.

AI translation can contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking translations before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety information. The translation editor lets you review and correct every sentence.

3. Your content and permissions

• You keep all rights to your websites, apps and content, and to the translations made for you.
• You give us permission to read, store, process, translate and serve your content only as needed to provide and improve the service for you, including sending text to the service providers listed on our subprocessor list.
• You confirm you own the sites you connect, or have the right to translate and republish their content.
• We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train AI models.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use VibeLingual to translate, host or serve content that:

• is illegal where you or your visitors are, or infringes someone else's rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy);
• is phishing, malware, a scam or fraud, or imitates another company or person to mislead people;
• sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or terrorism, or harasses or threatens people;
• belongs to a site you don't own or have permission to translate.

You also may not:

• try to break, overload, scan or get around the security or limits of the service, or access other people's data;
• use the service to send spam, or resell it without our written agreement;
• use VibeLingual's free addresses (*.vibelingual.online) for anything other than showing your own translated site.

Anyone can report abuse at vibelingual.com/report-abuse. We may disable a translated site or free address immediately when we believe these rules are broken, and we will tell the account owner why when we can.

5. Plans, limits and payment

• Each plan includes monthly limits (translated words, translated page views) and a number of sites and languages, shown on the Billing page.
• When you reach a monthly limit, your translated pages keep working with the translations they already have; new text is translated again the next month or after an upgrade.
• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled and are billed in advance through Stripe. [Refund policy, taxes and price-change notice period]
• The private beta plan is free and may end; we will give beta users at least 30 days' notice before any charge.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and to fall back to your original page if something goes wrong, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will announce material changes to these terms by email or in the dashboard before they take effect.

7. Ending the service

• You can stop using VibeLingual at any time and ask us to delete your account and data (see the Privacy Policy).
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.
• When the service ends for you, your translated pages stop being served; your original site is never changed by us.
